This page explains how to request deletion of your Slick AI account and the data associated with it. Slick AI is operated by Slick AI Technologies, Inc.

How to request account deletion

You can request that your Slick AI account and associated data be deleted using the form on this page:

Using the form on this page

  1. Complete the deletion request form below using the email address associated with your Slick AI account.
  2. We send a confirmation link to that email address (to protect your account from unauthorized deletion).
  3. Click the link to confirm. It expires in 72 hours, and your account is not deleted until you click it.
  4. Once confirmed, we permanently delete your account and data as described below.

What data is deleted

When your deletion request is processed, we permanently delete the personal data we hold about you, including:

  • Your account profile (name, email address, phone number, and password credentials)
  • Conversations, messages, and chat history with Slick agents
  • Briefings, activity, and other content generated for you
  • Files and media you uploaded
  • Agent configurations and personal preferences
  • Access tokens for any third-party integrations you connected
  • Voice and audio interaction history

What data is retained, and for how long

We retain a limited amount of data only where we are legally required to or where it is necessary to protect against fraud and abuse:

  • Billing and transaction records (invoices, payment records) — retained for up to 7 years to comply with tax, accounting, and financial regulations. These records do not include your conversation content.
  • Security logs required to prevent fraud and abuse and to meet legal obligations — retained for up to 90 days, then deleted or anonymized.

Where we are not legally required to keep data, it is removed from our production systems upon processing your request and purged from encrypted backups within 90 days. Full retention periods for each data type are listed in our Privacy Policy.

How long it takes

  • We email you a confirmation link as soon as you submit the form.
  • The link expires in 72 hours; your account is not deleted until you click it.
  • After you confirm, your account and associated data are permanently deleted within 30 days.
  • Residual copies in backups are purged within 90 days.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you have an active paid subscription, you must cancel it at the source you subscribed from before deleting your account — in the Apple App Store if you subscribed on iOS or Mac, or on your Subscription & Billing page if you subscribed on the web — to avoid further charges.

To protect accounts from unauthorized deletion, we'll send a confirmation link to the email address you enter below. Your account is only deleted after you click that link— so you can't delete an account you don't control.
