These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Slick AI platform and services ("Services") provided by Slick AI Technologies, Inc. and its affiliate Incredible Pods Technologies Ltd (collectively "Slick", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using our Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
1. Definitions
- "Individual User": A person using the Services through our Individual plans (Free, Plus, or Pro)
- "Team": An organization subscribing to our Teams plans (Plus, Pro, or Enterprise)
- "Team Member": An individual authorized by a Team to access the Services
- "Customer": The entity or individual subscribing to our Business Services
- "Users": Individuals authorized by Customer to access the Services
- "End Users": Individuals who interact with Customer through the Services
- "Slick" or "AI Agent": A focused AI agent that performs specific tasks within our platform
- "Slickflow": AI-powered workflow automations created on our platform
- "Slick Token" or "ST": Unit of measurement for Service usage (1 ST = US $0.001)
- "Proactive Activation": Feature enabling agents to initiate conversations proactively
- "Multi-Agent Mode": Feature enabling multiple agents to work together and share context
- "Customer Content": Data, files, and content submitted through the Services
- "Order Form": The agreement specifying your subscription details
2. Account Registration & Access
2.1 Account Requirements
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information
- You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter contracts
- Admin users must enable SSO/MFA where available
- You are responsible for safeguarding all account credentials
2.2 User Management
- Customer is responsible for User access and permissions
- Customer must ensure Users comply with these Terms
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations
- Account sharing is prohibited without written consent
2.3 Individual Accounts
- Free accounts are limited to 1 AI agent with restricted daily usage
- Plus accounts ($30/month) include 5 AI agents with standard usage and Proactive Activation
- Pro accounts ($100/month) include unlimited AI agents, 5x usage, and Multi-Agent Mode
2.4 Teams Accounts
- Teams Plus ($30/user/month, minimum 5 users) includes shared workspace and centralized billing
- Teams Pro ($150/user/month) includes 10x usage, unlimited agents, and enhanced collaboration
- Teams Enterprise (custom pricing) adds SSO (SAML/OIDC), SCIM provisioning, audit logs, and data residency control
- Team administrators are responsible for user access and permissions
2.5 Business Accounts
Business plans are designed for customer-facing AI agents:
- Starter: US $4,800/year (or $500/month), 500K ST monthly, 1 agent, up to 2 channels
- Business: US $24,000/year (or $2,500/month), 2.5M ST monthly, up to 6 agents, all channels
- Enterprise: US $60,000/year, 5M ST monthly, up to 15 agents, 99.9% SLA, dedicated CSM
- Enterprise Max: Custom pricing with unlimited agents, dedicated infrastructure, BYOK encryption, 99.99% SLA
3. Services & Third-Party Channels
3.1 Service Description
Slick provides an AI-powered platform enabling:
- Focused AI agents (Slicks) that master specific domains
- Multi-channel conversational interfaces (WhatsApp, Instagram, SMS, email, web, Slack, Teams)
- Automated workflow creation and execution (Slickflows)
- Proactive Activation - agents that start conversations at the right moment
- Multi-Agent Mode - coordinated agent collaboration and task handoff
- Multilingual voice and text support (100+ languages)
- Image recognition and generation capabilities
- Business system integrations (CRM, ERP, APIs, databases)
- Analytics and reporting features
3.2 Third-Party Dependencies
The Services integrate with third-party channels and platforms. You acknowledge that:
- Your use of integrated channels is subject to their terms and policies
- Availability, rate limits, and deliverability are not guaranteed by Slick
- Channel providers may change or discontinue services
- You must maintain necessary accounts and permissions with channel providers
4. Acceptable Use Policy
4.1 Prohibited Uses
You will not use the Services to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
- Send spam, phishing, or unauthorized marketing
- Transmit malicious code or conduct security attacks
- Process high-risk data (e.g., PHI, PCI) without appropriate agreements
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Exceed rate limits or circumvent usage controls
- Resell Services without written authorization
- Attempt to reverse engineer or extract AI model weights
4.2 Content Restrictions
You may not submit content that:
- Is illegal, harmful, threatening, or defamatory
- Contains personal data of minors without proper consent
- Violates confidentiality obligations
- Promotes violence or illegal activities
- Contains false or misleading information
4.3 Enforcement
We may throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts for violations and report illegal activities to authorities.
5. Data Protection & Privacy
5.1 Data Processing
Data processing is governed by:
All incorporated by reference into these Terms.
5.2 Data Controls
- Customers can select regional processing (EU/US/ME)
- Customers can choose AI model providers
- Customers can configure retention periods
- We maintain per-tenant data isolation
Data Controls by Plan:
- Individual/Teams: Standard data processing with global infrastructure
- Teams Enterprise: Data residency control (EU/US/ME regions)
- Business: Configurable retention periods, AI model provider selection
- Enterprise Max: Custom data residency, dedicated infrastructure, BYOK encryption
Account Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time via our Delete Account page. Details of what data is deleted, what is retained for legal reasons, and applicable timelines are described there and in our Privacy Policy.
5.3 Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Obtaining necessary consents from End Users
- Providing required privacy notices
- Ensuring lawful basis for processing
- Responding to data subject requests
6. AI Services & Limitations
6.1 AI Output Disclaimer
You acknowledge that AI-generated outputs:
- May be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate
- Should not be relied upon as professional advice
- Require human oversight for material decisions
- May reflect biases present in training data
6.2 Model Provider Selection
- Available providers include OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, and others
- We enable zero-retention modes where available
- Anti-abuse telemetry windows are disclosed in our documentation
- You can opt-out of specific providers via settings
6.3 No Training on Customer Content
We do NOT use Customer Content or user conversations for AI model training unless you explicitly opt-in.
6.4 Self-Improving Agents
Your AI agents improve through your own configurations, feedback, and interaction patterns. This improvement happens within your account and does not involve sharing data with other users or model providers.

- Free/Plus: Community support
7.3 Maintenance & Downtime
- Scheduled maintenance with advance notice
- Emergency maintenance as needed
- Force majeure events excluded from SLA
8. Fees & Payment
8.1 Individual & Teams Pricing
- Individual plans are billed monthly with usage limits per tier
- Teams plans are billed per user per month
- Teams Plus requires minimum 5 users
8.2 Business Pricing (Slick Tokens)
Usage is measured in Slick Tokens (ST):
- 1 Slick Token (ST) = US $0.001
- An Agent Run is counted each time an agent processes a query or initiates a proactive interaction
- Annual plans: $0.001 per ST with 33% discount
- Monthly plans: $0.0015 per ST
- Tier allocations and overage rates per Order Form
8.3 Billing Terms
- Subscription fees billed in advance
- Overage charges billed in arrears
- Payment due within 30 days of invoice
- Late payments accrue 1.5% monthly interest or maximum allowed by law
8.4 Taxes
All fees are exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for all applicable taxes except those based on our net income.
8.5 Token Expiration
- Monthly plans: Tokens expire at end of billing cycle
- Annual plans: Tokens available for full year, expire at term end
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 Slick Platform
We retain all rights to:
- The Services and underlying technology
- Our trademarks, logos, and branding
- Generic templates and components
- Aggregated and anonymized usage data
9.2 Customer Content
You retain all rights to:
- Your Customer Content
- Custom Slickflows and business logic
- Your trademarks and branding
- Configurations specific to your implementation
9.3 License Grants
- You grant us: Limited license to process Customer Content solely to provide Services
- We grant you: Limited, non-exclusive license to use Services during subscription term
9.4 Feedback
Any feedback or suggestions you provide become our property and may be used without compensation.
10. Confidentiality
10.1 Confidential Information
Each party will:
- Maintain confidentiality of the other's non-public information
- Use such information only for performing under these Terms
- Protect it with reasonable security measures
- Limit disclosure to those with need to know
10.2 Exceptions
Obligations don't apply to information that:
- Is or becomes publicly available without breach
- Was rightfully known before disclosure
- Is independently developed
- Must be disclosed by law (with notice where permitted)
11. Warranties & Disclaimers
11.1 Our Warranties
We warrant that:
- Services will perform materially as described
- We will use commercially reasonable security measures
- We have the right to provide the Services
11.2 Disclaimers
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED, SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
12. Indemnification
12.1 Your Indemnification
You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from:
- Your use of Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your Customer Content
- End User activities
12.2 Our Indemnification
We will defend and indemnify you against third-party claims that Services infringe intellectual property rights, except for claims arising from:
- Your Customer Content
- Your modifications or combinations
- Use beyond scope of Terms
- Use after notice of infringement
13. Limitation of Liability
13.1 Liability Cap
EXCEPT FOR INDEMNIFICATION OBLIGATIONS AND EXCLUDED MATTERS, TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:
- FEES PAID IN 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM
- $10,000 USD
13.2 Consequential Damages
NEITHER PARTY LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
13.3 Exclusions
Limitations don't apply to:
- Willful misconduct or gross negligence
- Violation of confidentiality
- IP indemnification obligations
- Data protection violations
14. Term & Termination
14.1 Term
- Individual/Teams monthly: Month-to-month, cancel anytime
- Business annual: One-year term, auto-renews annually
- Business monthly: Month-to-month, cancel anytime (Starter and Business tiers only)
- 30-day notice required for non-renewal of annual plans
14.2 Termination for Cause
Either party may terminate for material breach after 30-day cure period or immediately for:
- Insolvency or bankruptcy
- Legal violations
- Repeated breaches
14.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Access to Services ceases
- We provide data export per DPA terms (30 days for Business plans)
- Outstanding fees remain due
- Surviving provisions continue
15. Beta Features
Beta/experimental features are:
- Provided "as is" without warranties
- Subject to change or discontinuation
- Not for production use unless specified
- Subject to additional terms if applicable
16. Governing Law & Disputes
16.1 Governing Law
- US/Global (except ME/Asia): Delaware law, venue in Delaware courts
- ME/Asia: DIFC law, venue in DIFC courts
16.2 Dispute Resolution
- Good faith negotiations (30 days)
- Mediation if negotiations fail
- Litigation in specified courts
- Injunctive relief available for IP and confidentiality violations
17. General Provisions
17.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, including all referenced documents, constitute the entire agreement.
17.2 Amendments
We may modify Terms with 30-day notice for material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
17.3 Assignment
You may not assign without our consent. We may assign to affiliates or successors.
17.4 Severability
Invalid provisions will be modified to be enforceable; remainder continues.
17.5 Force Majeure
Neither party liable for delays due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.
17.6 Export Compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable export control laws.
17.7 Relationship
Nothing creates partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship.
