Who is eligible?
Eligible new businesses can try the Starter monthly plan. Eligibility depends on previous trial and subscription history. Higher plans and annual billing are not included in this offer.
What happens to my usage credit?
The trial includes $100 USD in usage credit. Unused credit expires at the end of the trial. If it runs out earlier, service pauses until the paid monthly subscription begins.
What happens after 14 days?
Your subscription renews automatically at US $500/month unless you cancel before the trial ends. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. See business pricing for plan and metered usage details.
How do I cancel?
- Open Manage plan and select the organization whose trial you want to cancel.
- Choose Cancel plan.
- Type cancel my subscription and choose Confirm Cancellation.
- Check that the plan shows its scheduled cancellation before leaving.
Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the subscription charge. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the trial. Closing the browser or disconnecting an integration does not cancel your subscription.
